Development of vocabulary card in learning english vocabulary for 7th grade students at MTs Ma’arif Gandusari

English has an important role in the international world. Vocabulary is key of four skills. Need mastery vocabulary to facilitate delivery material. This research was conducted develop subject matter form cards as learning media class VII. The object this 24 students MTs Ma'arif NU Gandusari for academic year 2020/2021. a and development model by (Borg & Gall : 2003) modified researcher based on needs context research. There are eight steps development: (1) conducting analysis, (2) determine specific material, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) revision, (6) testing, (7) usage (8) dissemination implementation. Questionnaire applied get data. results expert validation showed that illustration got score 83% student response 95%. media, responses can be said card “valid” level validity used. Therefore, deserves effective students.
